A recurring, active ecosystem for earth-based technological construction

Digital spaces where entrepreneurs, engineers, researchers, architects, makers, builders and thinkers
come together to explore, design, and influence a new construction paradigm and shape the future.

Why the Next 18 Months Matter?

Earth-based construction is crossing a critical threshold. Robotics, material science, AI-driven design, and climate pressure are converging -

not into finished products, but into open questions.

Standards, methods, and reference projects are being formed right now.

What is decided in this window will shape how this field is built, regulated, and understood for decades. This moment favors builders, not spectators

100

18 months of recurring work
Long enough to build habits.
Short enough to shape direction.

That’s why this work cannot happen in one-off physical events -

only through recurring practice and digital safe-havens.

This is the “Model T” moment —

not after adoption, but before standardization.

One recurring space
Not events. Not meetups. A living ecosystem and practice.

What Happens Inside the Circle?

The moment to connect and innovate is here.

Peer Circle

Engineers talk alongside bio-scientists. Architects challenge material assumptions. A curated peer group where disciplinary boundaries blur in the service of better building.
Large enough for momentum. Small enough for trust.

Curated Intelligence & Context

Ongoing synthesis of emerging research, tools, projects, and signals — with context.
Separating noise from real movement, and surfacing what actually matters now — and why.

Recurring Working Sessions

A recurring, facilitated working space - Facilitated working sessions that prioritize problem-solving over presentations. Real questions are explored in depth, not just discussed on a stage.

The Living Lab Connection

Founding members receive priority access to real-world pilot projects planned for Q3 2025 — a front-row seat to how ideas are translated into built reality.

Influence that is built through repetition, not announcements.

This Circle Is Not for Everyone

We value alignment over scale.
This Circle Is For You If...

✔ This space is designed for those ready to do the hard, necessary work of field-building:

This Circle Is Likely Not a Fit If…

✖ To protect the integrity of the work, this is likely not the right fit if you:

• Engineers, architects, and researchers navigating the gap between raw materials and advanced fabrication.

• Makers and systems thinkers more interested in shaping better questions than showcasing finished answers.

• Builders comfortable with uncertainty, iteration, and long-term horizons.

• Professionals who value recurring practice and deep collaboration over one-off inspiration.

• Contributors seeking to build influence through substance and shared work, not personal branding.

• Are looking for ready-made solutions, blueprints, or shortcuts to deploy tomorrow.

• Expect passive consumption, entertainment, or a traditional webinar format.

Prefer comfort and consensus when the work requires tension, challenge, and honest disagreement.

• Are focused primarily on networking for sales rather than collaborative problem-solving.

• Want guaranteed outcomes without committing to the messy process of exploration.

Influence that is built through repetition, not announcements.

A Note from the Founder

I’m Idan Keisar.
A builder, a technologist, a C.P.A — and a father.

Like many people around the world, I reached a point where it became clear that the way we build no longer serves the way we live.

Homes are becoming less accessible, construction is increasingly extractive, and innovation too often stays trapped in prototypes and presentations.

After co-founding one of Israel’s most diverse innovation hubs for hardware R&D and advanced additive manufacturing, I began to notice a quiet pattern.

My ikigai, a clear inner pull, and a series of subtle, recurring signals from the world around me kept pointing in the same direction: bringing new technology into ancient earth-based construction is where my focus belongs right now.

It feels like wu wei — effort without force. The kind of work that pulls you out of bed in the morning with energy (sometimes literally, thanks to a child who believes 6:00 AM is a perfectly reasonable time to jump on their father).

At the same time (not withstanding 6:00 AM), we already have what we need:
Robotics. Digital design. Material science.
And thousands of years of knowledge about building with earth.

What’s missing is not technology — it’s a shared practice.

I’m building this circle because I believe meaningful change doesn’t come from isolated breakthroughs, but from people working together, repeatedly, over time.
Not as spectators. Not as customers. But as contributors.

I don’t claim to have all the answers.
What I do commit to is this:

To hold a serious, honest space for exploration.
To stay grounded in both science and values.
To lead with transparency, care, and long-term responsibility.
And to build something that I would be proud for my children — and yours — to inherit.

If you join this circle, you’re not joining my vision. You’re stepping into shared responsibility for shaping what comes next.

This is not a short sprint.
It’s a shared path.

If that kind of path resonates with you - you’re already closer to this circle than you think

Idan.
