1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms Welcome to the TerraBots website (the "Site"), accessible at https://terrabots.tech. The Site is operated by Connect 2 Creation Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a private company incorporated under the laws of Israel.

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Site. By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Specific Programs (e.g., Genesis Cohort) Participation in specific programs offered by the Company, such as the "Genesis Cohort" fellowship, may be subject to additional terms, conditions, and agreements (e.g., participation agreements, confidentiality agreements). In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Use and the specific terms of a program, the specific program terms shall control with respect to that program.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction All matters relating to the Site and these Terms, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Israel, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the courts sitting in Tel Aviv, Israel.
